You can easily place orders, select your preferred concrete mix, schedule deliveries, and manage your bookings all through the app without any additional charges. It's designed to make your experience faster, simpler, and more convenient, whether you're a DIY enthusiast or a professional tradesperson.

How do I know the concrete will arrive ?

At Concrete Sales, we prioritise reliability and ensure your concrete arrives as scheduled. After your order is confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation via SMS with the delivery details, including date, time, and location. On the day of delivery, we'll keep you informed when your truck is on the way through either a push notification or SMS, so you know when the concrete is going to arrive. If you have any concerns, our super friendly customer service team is always available to assist you.

Where do you get your concrete from ?

At Concrete Sales, we source our concrete from a wide network of reputable suppliers across Australia, ensuring top-quality materials for every order. In addition to major concrete plants, we also have access to mini mix companies and small garden supplies, which allows us to cater to jobs of all sizes. If there’s a concrete plant in your area, chances are we can get concrete out of it! This extensive network ensures that we can provide reliable service and competitive pricing for projects big or small.

We also work with mini mix companies to ensure smaller loads are delivered efficiently and on time.

We can guarantee concrete at peak time slots because of our extensive supplier network and strong relationships within the industry. By purchasing large volumes of concrete, we have priority access to delivery times that are often difficult to secure by contacting suppliers directly. With 48 hours' notice, we can lock in your preferred time, and with 24 hours' notice, we guarantee delivery after 9:00 AM the next day. In urgent cases, we also offer a priority service where other deliveries are rescheduled to ensure your concrete arrives when you need it most. This means, even during peak times, we have the resources to secure your concrete delivery without the usual delays.

Am I able to make changes to my booking ?

Yes, you can make changes to your booking! Whether you need to adjust the delivery time, change the concrete mix, or update the quantity, we’re here to accommodate your needs. Just give us a call, and our team will assist you with the changes. If you’ve booked through the Concrete Sales app, you can easily modify your order directly in the app. Please note that any changes should be made as early as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak times.

Can you do same day orders ?

Yes, we specialise in same-day orders! If you need concrete urgently, give us a call, and we’ll do our best to arrange a delivery for the same day. While we recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time, we understand that last-minute needs arise, and with our extensive supplier network, we can often accommodate same-day requests. Just reach out to our team as early in the day as possible, and we’ll prioritise your order. If we can’t get you concrete on the same day, chances are no one else can!

How are you able to look after the ‘ little guys ‘ ?

What are your payment terms ?

At Concrete Sales, our payment terms are simple and flexible to suit your needs. For most orders, we will do a Pre Authorisation on a credit card before delivery, and once the delivery has been completed we will process this payment. Once the payment is completed you are instantly emailed an invoice. For regular customers and larger projects, we may offer account options to approved customers with agreed payment terms. If you have any questions about setting up an account or need to discuss specific payment arrangements, our team is happy to assist. We aim to make the process as easy as possible so you can focus on your project without worrying about payment logistics.

How far out do I need to book ?

For the best chance of securing your preferred delivery time, we recommend booking your concrete at least 48 hours in advance. This ensures we can lock in the exact time slot you need, especially during peak periods. However, we understand that some projects come up unexpectedly, so we also offer next-day delivery with 24 hours' notice, and in many cases, we can even accommodate same-day orders if you contact us early. Our flexible booking system means we’ll work with you to get the concrete you need, when and where you need it!

Can I open an account ?

We do offer accounts, but not for just anyone. To ensure we maintain strong relationships with our customers, we require some trading history with you first. After you've placed a few orders and demonstrated reliability, we’ll assess whether an account is a good fit for both parties. If everything checks out, we’ll be happy to offer you an account with tailored payment terms. This process helps us provide the best service and ensures that we’re working with customers who share our commitment to quality and reliability.
